The only Cavalli-branded tower
DAMAC presents Cavalli Tower as the only Cavalli-branded tower in the world, with Cavalli interiors, rich finishes and high ceilings throughout the homes.

Cavalli Tower is a 70-storey residential tower by DAMAC Properties in Al Sufouh, on Dubai's western coast at the edge of Dubai Marina, with interiors branded by Cavalli. DAMAC describes it as the only Cavalli-branded tower in the world and says it was conceptualised by Shaun Killa of Killa Design, the architect of the Museum of the Future. DAMAC promotes front-facing apartments with beach access and views of Palm Jumeirah, the Burj Al Arab and the Dubai skyline. According to DAMAC's floor plans, the luxury floors hold one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, each with a balcony, and the upper-luxury floors add larger one- to three-bedroom layouts, the biggest with a maid's room. DAMAC's brochures also describe super-luxury two- to five-bedroom homes and duplexes on the higher floors, several with private splash pools on their terraces, and four penthouses at the top of the tower. DAMAC presents the interiors as Cavalli designs with high ceilings, flexible kitchens with artwork wall separations, and bathrooms and bedrooms with freestanding bathtubs and glass partitions. DAMAC plans a four-storey grand lobby with an indoor waterfall and water features, and six panoramic jet elevators with views over Palm Jumeirah. Its brochures describe a 900-square-metre beach pool at the foot of the tower, a wellness area on level 24 with a juice bar and landscaped spaces, and a sky pool and garden with a restaurant on level 58. DAMAC also lists a gym, a spa, tennis and paddle courts, a basketball court, cafés and restaurants, retail stores on the ground floor and a children's playground, together with a 24-hour butler and other residents' services such as valet laundry and in-room chef services. DAMAC lists Cavalli Tower as under development, with handover scheduled for the second quarter of 2027.
