Mercedes-Benz Places | Binghatti is a branded residential hyper-tower in Downtown Dubai, created by Binghatti with Mercedes-Benz. Binghatti describes a sleek, aerodynamic silhouette that echoes the velocity and precision of Mercedes-Benz cars and the brand's Sensual Purity design philosophy. The developer's fact sheet gives the building a height of 341 metres, with views towards Burj Khalifa. The fact sheet lists 150 freehold residences on 51 residential floors. Two-bedroom Pagoda Suites occupy levels 12 to 31 and three-bedroom Grand Mercedes Suites levels 34 to 52. Penthouses rise from level 55: four-bedroom Vision One-Eleven and five-bedroom Gullwing penthouses, the five-bedroom Vision EQ Silver Arrow duplex, and the six-bedroom Uhlenhaut Coupé triplex at the top of the tower. Every unit type in the developer's floor-plan document has a private pool on the balcony. Planned facilities listed in the brochure include a sky infinity pool, a podium pool, a spa and a gym, with concierge, valet, housekeeping and food and beverage services. Binghatti says the Mercedes-Benz star pattern on the rear facade will integrate photovoltaic panels that power electric-vehicle charging stations in the tower, and that the project is aiming for LEED certification. Binghatti's location map places The Dubai Mall and DIFC about 7 minutes away, Burj Khalifa about 10 minutes and Jumeirah Public Beach about 15 minutes. Travel times are the developer's estimates.
