Shaista

Shaista is a completed residential building by Azizi Developments in Al Furjan, Dubai. Azizi's Our Legacy timeline records its completion in 2021, when the developer "celebrates the completion of Shaista in Al Furjan and the start of customer handovers". Azizi says a new chapter of refinement unfolds at Shaista, which it describes as positioned conveniently in the heart of the Al-Furjan neighborhood, "crafting an enclave that encapsulates the essence of true living". According to Azizi's unit-type plans for the building, its homes range from studios to one- and two-bedroom apartments, including two-bedroom duplexes on the 12th and 13th floors, each with an upper living room and a terrace. Azizi calls Shaista "not just a residence but a sanctuary of luxury and convenience, catering to all your needs and desires in one place", and lists a swimming pool among its amenities and services. Azizi describes Al Furjan as a popular and expanding community conveniently located on the metro line, offering the perfect balance of city hubbub and personal quietude. Of its properties in Al Furjan, the developer says: "Residents will enjoy state-of-the-art gyms, swimming pools, and saunas for relaxation."
