Milan Heights

Milan Heights is a residential enclave by Azizi Developments within Azizi Milan, the developer's Italian-inspired community on Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road in Dubailand. Azizi's launch announcement of 14 July 2025 calls it a vibrant residential district that embodies modernity and elegance, designed to balance contemporary design with functional living, and the project page describes an enclave infused with Milanese-Italian charm and the allure of its signature blue lagoon. The homes are studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. In the brochure's words, every Azizi Milan home is designed to blend modern living with organic elements, creating a sophisticated, calming atmosphere; the interiors pictured are Azizi's typical design for Azizi Milan homes. The amenities Azizi lists for Milan Heights in its factsheet and launch announcement are six infinity swimming pools, a lagoon-inspired pool, five kids' pools, rooftop infinity pools, a modern cinema, a fully equipped fitness centre, jogging and bicycle tracks, saunas, jacuzzis, steam rooms, a multipurpose hall, barbecue areas, children's play areas, ample parking and 24-hour security. The factsheet also lists more than 20,000 square metres of retail space. Azizi gives drive times from Milan Heights of two minutes to IMG Worlds of Adventure, fifteen minutes to Palm Jumeirah, nineteen minutes to Expo City Dubai, twenty minutes to Business Bay, Dubai Mall and Dubai Marina and JBR, and twenty-five minutes to Dubai International Airport, and describes direct access to Dubai's major highways.

Payment plan: 10% on booking; instalments to 750 days from booking (60% in all); 40% on completion, on handover
