Azizi Milan

Azizi Milan is a master-planned community by Azizi Developments in Dubailand, Dubai, on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311), with studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Azizi's brochure describes it as inspired by Milan and designed for Dubai: a self-sustaining community that offers a fusion of residential apartments, retail, greenery, entertainment and a business district. Azizi's FAQ says foreigners and non-residents can buy in Azizi Milan on a freehold basis. The brochure sets out the community's planned districts: a Galleria District of retail, dining and fashion beneath dome ceilings; a Canal District with a shopping boulevard, restaurants, piazzas and weekend markets; an Arts & Cultural Quarter; a Business District set within office towers; a Wellness District; and a Community Park with play areas and children's slides, scenic trails, open-air yoga spots and botanical gardens. According to its factsheet, Azizi also plans a shopping mall, a mosque, private hospitals and hotels, a K-12 school, a nursery and kindergarten, and dedicated office spaces and business centres. In its June 2026 project update, Azizi said the project structure has evolved while its commitment to delivering a landmark destination remains unchanged. According to the brochure, every Azizi Milan home is designed to blend modern living with organic elements, and residents can choose homes with views of the community park or the canal; it describes floor-to-ceiling windows in the studio and one-bedroom apartments. Every apartment layout has a balcony and built-in wardrobes. The interiors pictured are Azizi's typical design. Azizi's factsheet says every building will have a dedicated swimming pool, saunas and jacuzzis, multipurpose halls and a games room, and adds cinemas and lounges, fitness centres, BBQ areas, kids' play areas and gardens. The brochure describes a double-height entrance lobby, podium pools and gardens connecting the residential towers, a cinema room, a kids' playroom, a gym, a games room and tennis courts. Azizi places the community in very close proximity to IMG Worlds of Adventure and Global Village, and 25 minutes from Dubai International Airport.
