Beach Oasis

Beach Oasis, which Azizi Developments also calls Beach Oasis I, is a residential community in Dubai Studio City with studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments. Azizi presents it as a place where the allure of a beach-inspired retreat merges with the vibrancy of city life: a contemporary haven for professionals and young families, with a warm atmosphere and an emphasis on elegance. Its press releases describe it as spread across two buildings. On 24 January 2026 Azizi announced that it had commenced the handover of Beach Oasis I. Azizi's typical floor plans for Beach Oasis show studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom layouts. Every upper-floor plan has at least one balcony; a ground-floor studio and some of the two-bedroom plans open onto a terrace, and several two-bedroom plans include a laundry. Azizi's brochure describes a lagoon-style pool with a man-made beach, and its press releases call the large beach-like swimming pool the highlight of the project's central courtyard. The releases also list fully equipped gymnasiums, landscaped gardens, children's play areas and a central square with a multitude of retail options. The project page names a yoga zone, a zen garden, a lounge (cafe), BBQ seating and outdoor play (golf), and Azizi's factsheet adds 24-hour security, underground parking and a main entrance lobby and reception. Azizi's brochure calls Studio City one of Dubai's fastest-growing business hubs for film and television production, and its press releases place Studio City on Hessa Street near Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, close to Dubai Autodrome, The Els Club, Dubai Polo & Equestrian Club and the Miracle Garden. By Azizi's drive times for Studio City, the Equestrian Club is two minutes away, Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and Motor City with Dubai Autodrome three, Al Khail Road eight, the Palm Jumeirah twenty-four and Al Maktoum International Airport twenty-five minutes.
