Beach Oasis II

Beach Oasis II is a residential development by Azizi Developments in Dubai Studio City, with studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments. Azizi describes it as an elegant urban neighbourhood comprising two buildings surrounding a lagoon-style pool and a man-made beach, a place where, in the developer's words, life finds joy in full swing. In its release of 22 April 2026, Azizi calls Beach Oasis II a modern low-rise residential community and reports that construction had reached 43% completion, with the structure 99% complete. Azizi publishes six Beach Oasis II floor plans, each with a balcony. The two studio plans, for the second to eighth floors, have suite areas of 273.41 and 273.83 sq ft (346.07 and 346.49 sq ft in total). The two one-bedroom plans, also for the second to eighth floors, have suite areas of 516.78 and 534.97 sq ft (655.10 and 680.39 sq ft in total), and each includes a laundry space. The two-bedroom plans have a master bedroom, two bathrooms and two balconies: Type 1, on the third, fifth and seventh floors, has 837.33 sq ft of suite area (1,043.25 sq ft in total), and Type 2, on the fourth, sixth and eighth floors, has 835.07 sq ft (1,056.27 sq ft in total). Azizi describes a crystal-clear pool nestled at the centre of the development and says the pool is surrounded by lush greenery, complemented by amenities like a gym and play areas. It also names beautifully landscaped green areas among the amenities. The buildings are still under construction, and these facilities are planned. Azizi places Beach Oasis II in the heart of Studio City, which it calls one of Dubai's burgeoning business hubs for film and television production, in close proximity to Dubai Autodrome, The Els Club and the Miracle Garden. Azizi gives drive times from Studio City of two minutes to the Equestrian Club, three minutes to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and to Motor City and Dubai Autodrome, eight minutes to Al Khail Road and twenty-five minutes to Al Maktoum International Airport.
