Yacht Bay

Yacht Bay is a completed residential tower by Select Group in Dubai Marina. Select Group describes it as a boating-themed, 16-storey lifestyle development overlooking Dubai Marina, and as the first fully completed project by Select Group. The developer calls it a maritime-style tower overlooking the most expansive part of the Dubai Marina bay and the Dubai Marina Yacht Club. Select Group completed the tower in October 2007. It contains 175 residential units, and Select Group gives its built-up area as over 200,000 sq ft. The homes are studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. According to Select Group, the tower features a fully equipped gym, a large temperature-controlled swimming pool, a kids' pool, jacuzzi facilities, sauna and steam rooms and a BBQ area, along with around-the-clock security, secure underground parking and direct access to Marina Walk.
