Ellington House

Ellington House is a 12-storey residential building by Ellington Properties in Dubai Hills Estate, Dubai, and the developer describes it as its first residential project in the community. Ellington describes light-filled apartments and penthouses overlooking Dubai Hills Golf Course and out across the city, and lists driving times of about 2 minutes to Dubai Hills Golf Club, King's College Hospital and GEMS International School, 6 minutes to Dubai Hills Mall, 15 minutes to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa, and 21 minutes to Dubai International Airport. Ellington's floor plans show 18 one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment types: five one-bedroom, six two-bedroom and seven three-bedroom layouts, with total living areas of about 791 to 2,484 sq ft including balconies or terraces. Every type has a laundry room and a powder room, three of the two-bedroom types and all seven three-bedroom types add a maid's room, and two three-bedroom types on the penthouse floor have large private terraces. The developer describes minimalist interiors with kitchens fitted with integrated appliances, including a fridge and freezer, an oven and a gas cooktop, wardrobes with soft-close drawers and full-height integrated mirrors, and bathrooms and powder rooms with water-saving fixtures, and it says the building uses locally sourced glass, stone and metal with a natural colour palette. Ellington's amenity plans show a double-height lobby with a lounge, a reception, a mezzanine with a feature staircase and wall library, lobby workstations and a coffee station on the ground floor, together with residents' parking with EV charging stations, bicycle parking and a bicycle maintenance area, golf lockers, a golf wash area and a dog wash area; the developer's finishes schedule adds three passenger lifts, a service lift and free Wi-Fi in the shared spaces. On the first floor, the plans show a 25 m leisure and lap pool with a pool spa, sunken seating with a fire pit, a Baja shelf, cabanas and sun loungers, a kids' pool and outdoor showers; an indoor fitness studio, an outdoor fitness area, a yoga room, an outdoor yoga area and changing rooms with steam showers and saunas; a clubhouse with a games zone, a lounge and library area and a dining and kitchen area; and a kids' clubhouse, an outdoor kids' play area, mini putt and a barbecue area with a shaded outdoor kitchen. Ellington Properties lists Ellington House as ready, and its construction-update page marks the project as completed.
