Aspirz by Danube is a tower in Dubai Sports City that Danube Properties describes as blending premium convertible hotel apartments with modern office spaces under one address, with separate entrances for the residences and the offices. Danube's brochure and its film call it the tallest tower in Dubai Sports City, and the brochure places it two minutes from Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road. Danube's website gives the same two minutes and adds that both international airports are within 25 minutes.
The hotel apartments are studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom homes, which Danube markets as convertible apartments. Its floor plans mark the Flex Studios as convertible to a one-bedroom layout, and each Flex Plus plan includes a multipurpose room with its own bathroom: the plans mark a Flex Plus one-bedroom as convertible to two bedrooms, a Flex Plus two-bedroom to three and a Flex Plus three-bedroom to four. Danube markets the apartments as fully furnished, and its brochure names three colour schemes: Casa Blanco, Blue Haven and Amber Haven. The apartment interiors pictured are Danube's typical design.
For the hotel apartments, Danube's amenity plan names a jogging track, cricket, padel and badminton courts, a multi-purpose training space, family seating and cabanas, a BBQ deck, an aquatic gym, a swimming pool, a jacuzzi and a kids' pool, a kids' cycling track, play area, trampoline and climbing wall, a Zumba and yoga studio, a kids' nursery, and steam and sauna. Shared with the offices are indoor games (air hockey, foosball, snooker and table tennis), a meeting theatre and cinema, a party and conference hall, a business centre, a prayer hall, male and female gyms, a podcast studio and a cafe. Danube's website also names a basketball court and indoor and outdoor gyms. The tower is under construction, so these are planned facilities.
Under the heading 'Your life fully serviced', Danube's brochure lists bell boy and concierge services, 24/7 security, reception, common-area housekeeping and a shuttle to the nearest metro stations as included in the service charge, with valet service, housekeeping, dry cleaning and laundry, and a personal trainer charged separately. Danube gives an estimated handover of Q4 2028, and its construction update from an internal inspection on 31 August 2026 reports the shoring and piling complete, the main contractor on board, and excavation and substructure works in progress.
