The Crescent

The Crescent is a completed DAMAC Properties residential development on the edge of Dubai Production City. DAMAC describes three towers that curve gracefully around a central portico, looking out over landscaped greenery and a man-made lake, and presents the address as a sanctuary of refined living with the charm of a self-sustained neighbourhood. The towers hold studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments, which DAMAC describes as spacious and fitted with private balconies. For residents, DAMAC lists a large swimming pool, a fully equipped gym, a spa with steam and sauna rooms, and a games room for children. Cafés, supermarkets and salons are close by, according to DAMAC, and the surrounding neighbourhood offers shopping, dining, retail and education. DAMAC places The Crescent close to Al Faye Road and City Centre Me'aisem, with Jumeirah Golf Estates and Dubai Sports City within easy reach, and quotes about 37 minutes to Dubai International Airport. The project is complete: DAMAC lists it as ready, with handover in Q4 2008.
