ELO 2 follows ELO as DAMAC Properties' next apartment building in DAMAC Hills 2, Dubailand. DAMAC describes a gracefully arced tower with sleek curves reminiscent of a modern sculpture, its private balconies cascading down its side above the community's parklands, and presents it as a bold architectural statement in what it calls Dubai's most transacted community. The building offers one- and two-bedroom apartments on floors 1 to 14, with interiors DAMAC describes as exquisitely modern and bathed in light. The plans show five one-bedroom layouts of 525 to 646 sq ft and seven two-bedroom layouts of 775 to 1,078 sq ft, each with a balcony; the corner two-bedroom types open onto a large wrap-around balcony. The U-shaped building wraps a central pool courtyard, with the parkland beyond its open end. Residents' amenities planned for the building include a swimming pool with a swim-up bar, a gym, a dedicated climbing wall, a children's play area and an outdoor cinema, according to DAMAC, which also describes barbecues by the pool. Beyond the building, DAMAC Hills 2 is organised into Water Town, Sports Town and Downtown, with Malibu Beach, a wave pool, a lazy river and water slides, courts and pitches for tennis, padel, cricket, volleyball, basketball and football, a fishing lake, a petting farm, a dog park and a paintball park. DAMAC quotes about 15 minutes to DAMAC Hills, 25 minutes to Global Village, IMG Worlds of Adventure and Dubai Outlet Mall, 30 minutes to Al Maktoum International Airport and 35 minutes to Dubai International Airport. DAMAC lists ELO 2 as off-plan, with handover scheduled for Q4 2028.
