ELO

ELO is an off-plan apartment tower by DAMAC Properties in DAMAC Hills 2, Dubailand. DAMAC describes a gracefully arced building with sleek curves reminiscent of a modern sculpture and private balconies cascading down its side, overlooking the community's parklands. Its 14 floors of one- and two-bedroom apartments sit above ground and podium parking. DAMAC's floor plans show five one-bedroom layouts of 525 to 646 sq ft and seven two-bedroom layouts from 775 sq ft, the largest of which have wraparound balconies and reach 1,078 sq ft of sellable area. Every layout has a balcony and wardrobes in the bedrooms. The one-bedroom homes have one bathroom, with a separate guest WC in the two larger types, and every two-bedroom home has two bathrooms. DAMAC describes the interiors as modern and bathed in light, and presents the apartments as designed for young professionals and first-time buyers. DAMAC's presentation places a swimming pool with a pool bar, changing rooms, a climbing wall, an outdoor cinema and a barbecue area on the tower's Level 1, and its factsheet adds a gym and a kids' play area to ELO's own amenities. The brochure describes the pool's views over the parklands and a cocktail at the swim-up bar after a swim under the stars. Beyond the tower, DAMAC Hills 2 is organised by DAMAC into Water Town, Sports Town and Down Town, with attractions that include the Malibu Beach wave pool, a lazy river, sports courts, a fishing lake and a community mall with a supermarket. DAMAC gives drive times of about 15 minutes to DAMAC Hills, 25 minutes to Global Village and 30 minutes to Al Maktoum International Airport. DAMAC Properties currently lists ELO's handover for July 2028.
