DAMAC Riverside Views

DAMAC Riverside Views is the apartment side of DAMAC Riverside, the waterfront community DAMAC Properties is building in Dubai Investment Park and describes as Dubai's first riverside community. DAMAC says the development takes its inspiration from iconic rivers and the cities that grew beside them, such as the Thames in London and the Seine in Paris, and sets its apartment buildings on either side of the river in clusters named after shades of blue: Azure, Marine, Indigo, Royal and Capri. The developer describes the location as quietly central, with easy access to key roads and major highways and close to Al Maktoum International Airport, and lists The Town Mall about 10 minutes away and The Village Community Mall about 12 minutes, with South View Dubai School and GEMS Winchester School Dubai 18 and 20 minutes away. Homes are studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments. DAMAC's plans show mid-rise buildings of up to 14 residential floors above ground and podium levels. Every floor plan includes a balcony, most one-bedroom plans add a walk-in closet and a powder room, and the two-bedroom plans have two bathrooms. Studios arrived with the Azure 2 release, which DAMAC describes as the first time Riverside Views has offered them. The developer describes interiors that combine modern design with natural elements, from warm, earthy tones to sleek contemporary finishes, with expansive windows onto the surrounding nature. The apartments sit within the amenities DAMAC plans across DAMAC Riverside. These include Malibu Cove, a beach lagoon for swimming and sunbathing; a lake infused with essential oils; a peace room designed for rest; floating sports areas with a climbing wall; outdoor calisthenics stations; live cooking stations and barbecue lawns; an island restaurant and a floating cinema; Kidz Adventure Land for children; and a floating stage for musicals and operas, alongside a clubhouse with waterfront views. DAMAC's brochure also lists a spa, a hydroponic farm that supplies outdoor cooking classes, an amphitheatre, a games zone and the Portofino Restaurant, reached by boat. Within the apartment clusters, DAMAC's renders and key plans show swimming pools set between the buildings. DAMAC Properties lists DAMAC Riverside Views as off-plan, with handover scheduled for 31 March 2029 (Q1 2029). DAMAC's 2025 payment plans for the Capri 1 and Azure 2 releases ask for a 10% deposit, 60% in instalments up to 40 months after booking and 30% on completion.
