DAMAC Riverside

DAMAC Riverside is a townhouse community by DAMAC Properties in Dubai Investment Park 2, Dubai, which the developer presents as Dubai's first riverside community. Launched in May 2024 under the line "Life by Nature", it is planned around a river, lakes and lush greenery, and DAMAC's master plan labels the Ivy, Lush and Sage townhouse clusters. DAMAC describes a place designed for health and wellness, where city life flows alongside nature, with easy access to key roads and major highways. The homes are four- and five-bedroom townhouses. DAMAC's floor plans show a five-bedroom end unit (THRS-E) over three levels with a saleable area of 3,407.42 sq ft, adding a maid's room, an extra bedroom and terraces on the second floor, and two four-bedroom middle units over two levels: THRS-M1 at 2,420.05 sq ft and THRS-M2 at 2,297.34 sq ft. Every plan draws a ground-floor bedroom, an open living and dining room facing the garden, a kitchen, first-floor balconies, walk-in closets, under-stair storage and a parking area in front of the house. DAMAC says the interiors combine warm wooden tones with contemporary tiling and large windows that look onto the greenery. DAMAC plans a broad set of wellness and leisure amenities. At the heart of the community is Malibu Cove, a beach lagoon for swimming and sunbathing, joined by an Essential Oils Lake, a Zen spa and peace rooms that the developer says are designed to restore healthy sleeping patterns. For fitness there are calisthenics stations and floating sports, including a splash climbing wall on the water. Dining plans include live cooking stations, barbecue areas, outdoor cooking classes using produce from the community's own hydroponic farm, a Portofino-inspired restaurant, an island restaurant and a floating cinema. Families have Kidz Adventure Land, a games zone and an amphitheatre, and the plans add a floating proposal deck, a floating stage for musicals and operas, and a clubhouse. These facilities appear in DAMAC's plans and renderings and have yet to be built. DAMAC lists drive times of about 10 minutes to Expo 2020, 12 minutes to Al Maktoum International Airport, 14 minutes to DAMAC Mall, 15 minutes to Trump International Golf Club, 16 minutes to Global Village and 19 minutes to Dubai Outlet Mall. According to DAMAC, South View School Dubai is about 9 minutes away and American Hospital Mira Clinic about 12 minutes. DAMAC Riverside is sold off-plan, and DAMAC gives 30 June 2028 as its anticipated completion date.
