DAMAC Maison Canal Views

DAMAC Maison Canal Views is a completed hotel-apartment tower by DAMAC Properties on Marasi Drive in Business Bay, Dubai. DAMAC describes it as "located right on the shores of the Dubai Creek" and easily reached from both sides, and presents it as a tranquil escape in the heart of the city, with canal views and the lively Burj district close by. According to DAMAC, the tower offers fully furnished, serviced hotel apartments that are spacious and well-lit. DAMAC says the suites come with fitted wardrobes, bathrooms and kitchens equipped with white goods, and large terraces and spacious balconies with views of the Dubai Creek and the developments across it. DAMAC's photography of the building shows a swimming pool deck above the waterfront, a gym looking out over the pool, a lobby lounge, a dining room and a children's playroom, with a café at the podium's canal edge. DAMAC lists DAMAC Maison Canal Views as complete, with the homes ready to move in; DAMAC's records give November 2013 as the handover.
