Jumeirah Living Business Bay

Jumeirah Living Business Bay is Select Group's 35-storey tower of 82 Jumeirah-branded residences in Business Bay, Dubai. Select Group calls it the flagship development of Peninsula, its master waterfront community. Following Jumeirah Living Marina Gate in Dubai Marina, Select Group partnered again with Jumeirah Group to bring the hospitality and service experience of Jumeirah Living branded residences to Business Bay. The developer says the tower was designed to be admired as a prominent highlight of the Downtown Dubai skyline. Select Group launched the project in August 2022, and in October 2022 the tower was awarded for “Residential High Rise Development Dubai”. Select Group describes Jumeirah Living Business Bay as completed, and according to its corporate portfolio the tower was delivered in 2026. The developer says the tower's owners are surrounded by privileged views of the Dubai Canal and/or the Burj Khalifa. The residences are two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments, simplex and duplex penthouses, and one full-floor master penthouse on the top floor, each fitted, in Select Group's words, to a sublime grade and quality. The developer describes the simplex and duplex penthouses as having superior detailed finishes, ultra-premium appointments and a design that maximises the views of the Dubai Canal and the Downtown Dubai skyline. The full-floor penthouse spans the entire 35th floor at 9,656 sq ft. Select Group says it includes five bedrooms, two maids' rooms, living and dining spaces, a library/study, a gymnasium, a sauna and steam room, and large balconies at each end with 360-degree views of the Dubai Canal, Downtown Dubai and the Burj Khalifa. Select Group says the tower is operated by a world-class hospitality brand renowned for its elevated service and “Stay Different” promise. It says the tower's leisure amenities range from a selection of swimming pools, including a massage circuit pool and a lap pool, to a yoga deck, a jacuzzi, sauna and steam rooms and a spacious, fully equipped gymnasium with a personal training room and cinema. Select Group says residents have access to branded facilities and services including concierge services, a residents' lounge, a guest relations team, an on-site residential manager, security, housekeeping and valet services, as well as a teenager lounge with gaming facilities and a co-studying area. Select Group's amenity floors on podium levels 4 and 5 also hold a hair and nail salon, a treatment room, two pool and changing rooms with lockers, outdoor seating terraces, a lounge, a meeting room, a cinema room and a game and kids' room. Select Group describes Business Bay, where its Peninsula community stands, as one of Dubai's most recognisable neighbourhoods: well connected, known for its cosmopolitan, fast-paced vibe, and close to Downtown Dubai, Dubai's Old Town and Dubai Marina. For the Peninsula community the developer gives distances of 2 km to the Burj Khalifa and The Dubai Mall, 3.7 km to Downtown Dubai, 4.8 km to Jumeirah Beach, 5.4 km to DIFC, 11.4 km to Mall of the Emirates and 22 km to Dubai International Airport.
