Resort-style living at DAMAC Lagoons
According to DAMAC, Valencia's towers are planned around a resort-style pool with a pool bar, an aqua gym and floating dining pods, within the Mediterranean-inspired DAMAC Lagoons community in Dubailand.

DAMAC Lagoons District - Valencia is the residential side of DAMAC Lagoons District, a new mixed-use district by DAMAC Properties on the northern edge of the DAMAC Lagoons community in Dubailand, Dubai. DAMAC describes the district as blending smart living with a Mediterranean soul: Valencia's apartment towers sit beside the Piazza Roma office towers and a planned DAMAC Mall, so that home, work, shopping, dining and leisure are within walking distance. The developer lists driving times of about 20 minutes to the Expo 2020 site and Global Village, 25 minutes to Mall of the Emirates, 28 minutes to Al Maktoum International Airport and 30 minutes to Downtown Dubai. Valencia comprises four residential towers, labelled A to D on the developer's floor plans, and DAMAC's launch presentation describes the buildings as a ground floor, two podium parking levels and 13 residential floors. Homes are studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments, which DAMAC describes as having smart layouts and a welcoming, contemporary feel. Every plan in the developer's floor-plan pack has a balcony, many of them curved. Studios combine the sleeping and living space with a separate kitchen and bathroom; most one-bedroom plans add a walk-in closet, a laundry cupboard and a powder room beside the bathroom; and two-bedroom plans have two bathrooms, a powder room and a walk-in closet for each bedroom. DAMAC's presentation gives average sellable areas of about 380 sq ft for studios, 776 sq ft for one-bedroom and 1,165 sq ft for two-bedroom apartments. The district's planned facilities, as shown in DAMAC's brochure and presentation, include a resort-style pool with a pool bar between the Valencia towers, floating dining pods on the water, an aqua gym, a fitness centre, a spa with outdoor treatment and yoga areas, and a Mediterranean-style lounge. Evenings are planned around an outdoor cinema, a flamenco stage and a lagoon amphitheatre with water projections and fountains, while cooling mist corridors and climate-cooling water canopies are intended to keep outdoor walkways comfortable year-round. DAMAC Mall is planned as the district's anchor, with a supermarket, dining, a kids' zone and flexible pop-up retail capsules. DAMAC Properties lists Valencia as off-plan, with anticipated completion in March 2029. The developer's January 2026 payment plan for Valencia is 60/40: 60% in instalments over the first 27 months after booking and 40% on completion.
