Three towers joined by a sky bridge
DAMAC's design links the three towers at the crown with a bridge that it describes as coiling around them like a sea serpent, above wave-shaped balconies facing the sea.

DAMAC Bay by Cavalli is an off-plan residential development by DAMAC Properties in Dubai Harbour, the seafront district opposite Dubai Marina. DAMAC describes it as a development "where luxury meets maritime bliss": three towers with wave-shaped balconies, joined at the crown by a Cavalli-inspired bridge that, in DAMAC's words, coils around the towers like a sea serpent. DAMAC says the towers were shaped so that every home has a sea view, whichever way it faces. Interiors are designed by the Italian fashion house Cavalli, which DAMAC says trades its familiar leopard and tiger prints for sea shells, pearls and zebrafish-inspired patterns. DAMAC's floor plans show luxury one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments on the lower and middle floors, with balconies throughout and walk-in closets in many of the larger homes. Higher up are super-luxury three- to five-bedroom duplexes with a private pool on the balcony, some with a video game or study room, and four-bedroom and five-bedroom penthouses at the top of the towers with show and wet kitchens, a maid's room and, in some units, a private gym. DAMAC plans a private beach with food and beverage outlets and a Cavalli Lounge at the foot of the towers. On the podium level, DAMAC describes a water maze, a snorkelling pool, a wave pool for surfing and hammocks suspended above an infinity pool. Each tower is planned to have a rooftop infinity pool, with floating workstations in the water, a sky garden, lessons projected on a water fountain for children, and a rooftop Opera Pavilion whose performances DAMAC plans to synchronise with a large water fountain. The lobby is designed with chandeliers and features inspired by the sea. Dubai Harbour places JBR Walk, Barasti Beach and Dubai Marina Mall within about five minutes' drive, according to DAMAC, with Bluewaters Dubai around six minutes away and Mall of the Emirates about 15 minutes away. DAMAC lists DAMAC Bay by Cavalli as off-plan, with handover scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2028.
