Canal Heights

Canal Heights is a residential tower by DAMAC Properties on the edge of the Dubai Canal in Business Bay, branded by de GRISOGONO. DAMAC presents it as "a glittering icon" inspired by the elegance of the blue pearl and calls it the shimmering sequel to Chic Tower, with sleek, shimmering exteriors that DAMAC says shine in the day and sparkle at night. Inside, DAMAC's brochure describes a lobby of shifting, otherworldly glow, magnificent colours, effervescent textures and fluid forms. DAMAC's floor plans cover studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments on levels 2 to 37, in more than sixty layouts that change from floor to floor with the tower's curving form, each drawn with its mirror version. The studios are open-plan with a balcony; the one-bedroom apartments have a living and dining room, a separate bedroom and, on many floors, a guest WC; the two-bedroom apartments have two bathrooms and a guest WC. Every plan includes a private balcony. DAMAC's tower configuration also shows three- and four-bedroom duplexes on levels 40 to 43 beneath a rooftop observation deck. DAMAC plans a set of water-inspired amenities: an underwater pearl museum where residents can snorkel, a shell-shaped pool where swimmers can search for pearls, and an infinity lap pool with an iridescent-tiled base and zorb balls. Yoga domes are planned for meditation, intimate dining and private parties, alongside a restaurant, a rooftop cafe with panoramic city views and a spa. Canal Heights sits in Business Bay at the edge of the Dubai Canal, with the Burj Khalifa area, The Dubai Mall, Dubai Opera, City Walk and Sheikh Zayed Road minutes away. DAMAC quotes about 5 minutes to The Dubai Mall, City Walk and Box Park, 15 minutes to Mall of the Emirates and a 20-minute drive to Dubai International Airport. Construction is under way, and DAMAC lists handover for the second quarter of 2028.
