DAMAC presents Canal Crown as a de GRISOGONO-branded tower inspired by the peridot, with a lobby conceived as a celestial realm whose curves and shapes, in the developer's words, reflect the wonders of the universe.

Canal Crown is a residential tower by DAMAC Properties in Business Bay, set at the edge of the Dubai Canal and branded by de GRISOGONO. DAMAC presents it as a tranquil waterfront address with uninterrupted canal views, inspired by the peridot, a gem found in meteorites. In the developer's words, the tower is topped by a crown that sparkles in the sunlight and shines brightly in the night sky, and its interiors reflect the wonders of the universe. DAMAC's floor plans cover studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments from level 2 to level 35, including a two-bedroom duplex on levels 3 and 4 with a private terrace on level 5. Levels 36 and 37 hold three- and four-bedroom Super Luxury duplexes, each with a pool on its lower-level balcony, a maid's room and bedrooms on the upper floor. Every layout is drawn with a private balcony or terrace. According to DAMAC, the planned facilities include a planet-inspired garden, a pool, an aqua gym, Swim VR, which lets swimmers explore the ocean's depths in virtual reality, and a cafe. The developer also describes a lobby designed as a celestial realm, a promenade of restaurants and retail brands, and an observatory deck with views of Downtown Dubai, the Dubai Canal and the sea beyond. The tower is minutes from the Burj Khalifa area, The Dubai Mall, Dubai Opera, City Walk, the Jumeirah district and Sheikh Zayed Road. DAMAC quotes The Dubai Mall, City Walk and Box Park at about five minutes and Dubai International Airport at a 20-minute drive. Canal Crown is being sold off-plan, and DAMAC's current target for handover is the fourth quarter of 2027.
