AYKON City Tower B

AYKON City Tower B is the serviced-apartment tower of AYKON City, DAMAC Properties' development on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai. DAMAC describes the tower as standing along Sheikh Zayed Road near the Safa Park intersection, with views of the Dubai skyline, Dubai Canal and Tolerance Bridge, at the gateway to the Burj district. City Walk and Business Bay are close by, and the developer's brochure lists drive times of about 8 minutes to Dubai World Trade Centre, 9 minutes to The Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa and Jumeirah Beach, and 10 minutes to Mall of the Emirates. The tower offers studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom serviced apartments, which DAMAC sells furnished. Its specification lists kitchen cabinets and countertops with a refrigerator, washing machine with a dryer option, hob and oven; wardrobes in the bedrooms; central air conditioning; double-glazed windows; and cable TV, telephone and high-speed internet provision. The furniture package includes beds with mattresses, curtains, bedside tables, a settee or armchair, a coffee table and a television, with a breakfast table in studios and a dining table, chairs and couch in the larger apartments. DAMAC's plans show a balcony in every layout, one bathroom in the studio and one-bedroom apartments, two in the two-bedroom and three plus a powder room in the three-bedroom, and the brochure describes floor-to-ceiling windows. According to the AYKON City brochure, residents arrive at a lobby with a dedicated reception, round-the-clock security and concierge. The brochure places AYKON City's dining on Level 11 and describes a spa, a gym with panoramic city views, meeting rooms and a Kids Club. DAMAC's page for the tower also lists a pool, and the development's podium is described with expansive swimming pools and landscaped terrace gardens. DAMAC Properties lists AYKON City Tower B as completed and ready to move in, with handover in July 2023.
