Aster

Aster is a residential building by Azizi Developments in Al Furjan, Dubai. In its Al Furjan brochure, Azizi lists the building, as Candace Aster, among its delivered buildings in the community, and its Al Furjan retail page counts Aster among its completed developments there. Azizi calls the building a haven of comfort and sophistication, where "160 studios, 58 one-bedroom apartments, and 9 two-bedroom apartments redefine living with meticulous designs that harmonize elegance with everyday convenience". Azizi's unit plans for Candace Aster cover studios and one-bedroom apartments with terraces on the first floor, and studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments from the second to the tenth floor. Each one- and two-bedroom plan includes a walk-in closet, and the plans note that the balcony or terrace might vary in each unit. In Azizi's words, each amenity at Aster "has been carefully designed for your utmost pleasure, from rejuvenating saunas to captivating city views", and the developer names a swimming pool and garage parking among the building's amenities and services. Azizi calls a residence at Aster "a gateway to a vibrant lifestyle, from the retail therapy at Ibn Battuta Mall to the coastal allure of Dubai Marina and the family-friendly environment". It describes Al Furjan as "a popular and expanding community conveniently located on the metro line, offering the perfect balance of city hubbub and personal quietude", and says the community is served by two metro stations on the Route 2020 extension, Al Furjan and Jumeirah Golf Estates. The drive times Azizi publishes for Al Furjan are one minute to the metro station, 7 minutes to JAFZA, 10 minutes to Dubai Marina and JBR, 12 minutes to Expo City Dubai, 15 minutes to The Palm Jumeirah and Al Maktoum International Airport, and 25 minutes to DIFC and Business Bay.
