Vista

Vista is a low-rise residential building by Azizi Developments in Dubai Studio City. In its handover release of 22 October 2025, Azizi calls Vista the epitome of a modern luxury low-rise residential building, nestled in one of Dubai's most dynamic and youthful areas, adjacent to Sports City and Motor City. Its project page presents the residence as a haven for families and professionals who want to balance sleek serenity with connected living. Azizi commenced the handover of Vista on 22 October 2025, according to its release of that date, which says the development offers studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments. Azizi's typical floor plans for Vista cover thirteen apartment types: five studio, six one-bedroom and two two-bedroom layouts, each with a balcony, on floors between the first and the eighth. Suite areas run from 357.15 sq ft (Studio Type 1B) to 962.09 sq ft (2 Bedroom Type 1A). Each one-bedroom type has a bathroom and a separate toilet, and Types 2, 3 and 4 add a walk-in closet. Both two-bedroom types have two bathrooms and a laundry, and 2 Bedroom Type 1A has two balconies. Azizi's project page lists an inviting swimming pool, a yoga zone, a BBQ area, a kids' play area, an elegant reception area and ample garage parking, and says the residence mixes greenery with leisure facilities. Its Studio City brochure speaks of crystal clear pools and exclusive areas for yoga, socialising and BBQ alongside an attractive kids' play area. In its release of 21 July 2025, Azizi reported the swimming pool works finished. Azizi's project page says the cafés and restaurants of Dubai Studio City are close by, that the Equestrian Club and Dubai Autodrome are easily accessible, and that Dubai Sports City and Expo City Dubai are within close reach. Azizi's project page, Studio City brochure and Vista factsheet agree that the Equestrian Club is two minutes' drive away, Motor City and the Dubai Autodrome three minutes, Al Khail Road eight minutes and Al Maktoum International Airport twenty-five minutes.
