Montrell is a completed residential building by Azizi Developments in Al Furjan, Dubai. Azizi describes it as a meticulously crafted mid-rise development of 168 studios and 54 one-bedroom apartments, each a masterpiece of contemporary design and laid-back luxury. It presents the neighbourhood around Montrell as close to residents' needs and family-friendly. For Al Furjan, Azizi gives drive times of about one minute to the metro station, 7 minutes to JAFZA, 10 minutes to Dubai Marina and JBR, 12 minutes to Expo City Dubai, 15 minutes to The Palm Jumeirah and Al Maktoum International Airport, and 25 minutes to DIFC and Business Bay.
