Creek Views II

Creek Views II is a residential building by Azizi Developments in Dubai Healthcare City, in the community Azizi calls Al Jaddaf & DHCC. Azizi's brochure describes it as rising 18 storeys. Azizi says the development comprises 587 residences across 116 studios, 436 one-bedroom and 35 two-bedroom units. The developer presents Creek Views II as “setting the new benchmark for modern living” and invites buyers to “experience the next level of convenience, practicality, and modernism in one stunning package”. Azizi says Creek Views II's design “represents Dubai's journey from its traditional past to a modern, reinvented future”, and its brochure places the building “on the iconic Dubai creek in the heart of healthcare city”. The brochure says Creek Views is “elegantly designed with ultra-modern finishings and spectacular, contemporary interior artistry”. The interior images are Azizi's typical design. Azizi says the development features, among other amenities, two swimming pools, a sauna, a steam room, a fully equipped gym and a children's play area. The developer adds that “from state-of-the-art amenities to breathtaking views, Creek Views sets a new benchmark for luxury living”. Azizi describes Dubai Healthcare City as “a beautifully landscaped community known for being Dubai's hub for health and wellness” and says the location offers direct access to Al Khail Road and is home to various high-tech medical centres and lifestyle and shopping options. Azizi held the ground-breaking ceremony for Creek Views II on 10 August 2020 and celebrated its handover with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on 10 June 2024, saying residents had begun to receive their keys.
