You retain all rights to your original property data (including photos, listing details, and documents) that you upload to the platform. By using our AI features, you grant Unrealty a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your property data through our AI systems for the purpose of generating content and providing services to you. AI-generated content (such as property descriptions, videos, and design renderings) created from your data is provided to you for your use, subject to our Terms of Use.

We do not use your personally identifiable information or confidential client data to train general-purpose AI models. Where anonymised and aggregated data is used to improve our AI systems, all personally identifiable information is removed prior to processing.

You may opt out of specific AI features at any time through your account settings. Opting out may limit the functionality available to you on the platform.

International Data Transfers

Unrealty operates globally with users, agents, and agencies across multiple countries and regions. As a result, your personal information and property data may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States and other jurisdictions where our service providers operate.

  • AI chat history is retained to improve your experience and provide continuity across sessions. You can delete individual conversations or your entire chat history at any time through the chat interface
  • Transaction records, offers, and proposal documents are retained for a minimum of 7 years to comply with financial record-keeping obligations
  • You can request deletion of your property data and personal information at any time by contacting us at the details below. We will process such requests in accordance with applicable law
  • We maintain backup copies for a reasonable period to support disaster recovery
  • Some data may be retained for legal, regulatory, or contractual compliance
  • Anonymised and aggregated statistical data, including market analytics, may be retained indefinitely

Complaints
