The WOW Tower is a new residential tower by Mr. Eight Development in Dubai Land Residence Complex (DLRC), Dubai, between Dubai Silicon Oasis and Dubai International Academic City. The developer's site plan places it at the centre of the district's circular hub, beside Al Ikhaa Mosque and a green park, with a private, dedicated access road for arrivals. Mr. Eight describes it as the tallest tower in DLRC, rising well above neighbouring buildings of about three to six storeys, the nearest some 200 metres away, which it says gives the homes open, panoramic views towards the Downtown skyline. The homes, which the developer calls Private Suites, occupy floors 17 to 38 and have their own residents' entrance, lobby and lifts. Mr. Eight's plans show suites (studios) of about 377 to 511 sq ft, classic one-bedroom residences of about 670 to 842 sq ft, and corner two-bedroom residences of about 1,220 to 1,461 sq ft. Every plan has a balcony, and the developer states that all residences come with Italian kitchens and wardrobes, built-in appliances and large panoramic windows with sliding aluminium frames. The one-bedroom plan adds a powder room and a laundry space for a washer and dryer; the corner two-bedroom plan has two bathrooms, a powder room with utility space and wide corner glazing. Residents' facilities are planned on two levels. On the podium, Grand Park is designed with a temperature-controlled 30 by 20 metre pool with cabanas, a children's pool, a lazy river of approximately 300 metres, an outdoor gym with an ice-bath zone, a padel court, sunken fire-pit lounges, children's play areas, a pet-friendly area and polished-steel art installations. On level 39, the Sky Club is planned with a gym of approximately 600 sq m behind panoramic windows, a spa with sauna and hammam, a bookable residents' cinema, a children's playroom and a rooftop terrace. The Grand Lobby is designed with a concierge, a barista coffee corner, a library, a fireplace lounge and a blue grand piano, and the tower includes a residents' co-working lounge with quiet rooms and a bookable meeting room. Parking is on five club levels inside the podium. Mr. Eight Development gives an estimated completion of Q3 2029. Its published plan for residences is 60/40, with instalments before handover linked to construction milestones and 40% paid within 18 months after handover. In September 2026 the developer's project page reported site mobilisation in progress, with BJORG Construction L.L.C named as contractor.
