Wilton Terraces is a completed residential development by Ellington Properties in Mohammed Bin Rashid City (MBR City), Dubai. It is made up of two apartment buildings, Wilton Terraces I and Wilton Terraces II, which Ellington lists among its handed-over projects as delivered in 2021. The developer describes a contemporary design inspired by the historical Silk Road that blends classic and modern elements with greenery, in a setting of landscaped parks and play areas near Meydan One, Meydan Mall and Downtown Dubai.
Ellington describes two 12-storey towers with 283 one- and two-bedroom residences; its fact sheet shows the 12 residential floors above a ground floor and two podium levels, gives one-bedroom homes of about 783 to 849 sq ft and two-bedroom homes of about 1,191 to 1,714 sq ft, and allocates one parking space per home. The developer's own plan set draws seven unit templates on a twelve-home floor plate: four one-bedroom types of 785.01, 788.67, 815.47 and 838.83 sq ft, and three two-bedroom types of 1,197.59, 1,235.80 and 1,236.67 sq ft, each figure a suite area plus its balcony.
Ellington's list of unit features includes 3.2 m ceilings in the living rooms and bedrooms, fitted wardrobes with walk-in closets and dressing rooms, custom kitchen cabinetry with a gas cooktop, oven, ventilation hood, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher, walk-in showers, generous storage and tiled floors throughout. Every template draws a balcony off the living room, a fitted kitchen with marked appliance positions and a laundry recess off the hallway; the two-bedroom plans give each bedroom its own bathroom and add a separate powder room.
Ellington lists two lobbies with lounges, a library lounge and a lobby lounge area for business and personal meetings, a leisure and lounge pool, a landscaped courtyard, a barbecue area, indoor and outdoor children's play areas, a fitness studio with changing rooms, two passenger lifts and one service lift per tower, and art installations. The pool deck lies between the two buildings. In the finished building, the lobbies combine library shelving, lounge seating and a long work table, and the children's playroom sits under a cloud-shaped ceiling. Ellington Properties marks Wilton Terraces as a completed project, and its fact sheet states freehold ownership.
