Samana Developers has unveiled plans for a development worth more than AED 4 billion at Dubai’s World Islands, the first project under its new premium brand, Samana Collecta.
The project will include 840 branded residences, seven floating villas and two tree villas. Homes will range from studios to four-bedroom residences, with starting prices expected below AED 2 million.
Designed for year-round living, the island will combine beaches, a lagoon and wellness facilities with co-working spaces, everyday retail and residential services. Yacht shuttles to mainland Dubai are planned at 30-minute intervals, with departure points still to be announced.
All residences are planned to offer sea views, with an Italian luxury brand collaboration to be revealed separately. The focus is on creating an island address that supports daily life, bringing transport, workspaces and essential services into the wider residential offering.
