The expansion follows the launch of the Christian A. Rockefeller Business Tower on Sheikh Zayed Road. Developed by LMD, the Dubai project marks the brand’s global real estate debut and establishes the starting point for a wider international rollout.
The two prospective locations would broaden that presence, although the expansion remains at the stage of identifying further opportunities. The available coverage does not provide enough detail to confirm the sites, project specifications or delivery schedules.
For now, the Dubai tower remains the brand’s announced flagship: an 87-storey commercial development combining Grade A offices with hospitality, dining and wellness facilities, with completion scheduled for the second quarter of 2031.
