Riyadh’s Next Major Community Could Deliver More Than 55,000 New Homes

ROSHN Group and TMG Saudi have signed a preliminary agreement to explore one of Riyadh’s largest new mixed-use developments.

Planned for a prime location in the capital, the community could include more than 55,000 homes alongside retail, commercial, hospitality, entertainment, healthcare and education facilities. Parks and public spaces are also expected to form part of the wider masterplan.

For buyers, the project could introduce significant new housing choice within a fully integrated community. For investors, its scale reflects the level of long-term capital and development activity continuing to reshape Riyadh.

The plans remain at an early stage, with detailed master planning and business case development still to be completed.
