🇦🇪 Dubai’s real estate market is showing no signs of slowing down! According to a new report by leading advisory Cavendish Maxwell, 243,000 new residential units are in the pipeline between now and the end of 2027—80% of which are apartments.
The emirate’s property sector broke records last year with 169,000 total sales, marking a 42% increase from 2023. While price growth remains strong, it’s starting to level off at around 1% month-on-month, down from earlier peaks of 2.5%. Mortgage activity also hit an all-time high, with 36,600 loans—up almost a third over the previous year.
High demand from international buyers—especially from India, China, and other Middle Eastern countries—has played a major role in driving this growth. Areas like Jumeirah Village Circle and Business Bay continue to dominate new launches and transaction volumes, while apartment prices in hotspots like Barsha Heights have soared by over 30%.
With more sustainable growth levels on the horizon, market players in Dubai are taking measured steps to maintain stability. From record-breaking launches to robust off-plan sales, it’s clear that investor confidence in Dubai’s property market remains upbeat.
