Dubai’s EYWA Way of Water Targets New Wellness Standard for Waterfront Living

EYWA Way of Water, R.Evolution’s ultra-luxury residential development in Business Bay, is targeting EMFIS UAE certification as part of its wider focus on healthier living environments.

The certification assesses electromagnetic exposure within buildings, with its methodology expected to be applied across approximately 65 waterfront residences. The development will include two- to five-bedroom apartments, duplexes and an exclusive penthouse overlooking the Dubai Water Canal.

Alongside EMFIS certification, the project is targeting LEED Platinum, WELL Platinum and WiredScore Platinum standards, covering sustainability, resident wellbeing and digital connectivity.

Designed by Open Architecture Design and expected to be completed in 2028, EYWA Way of Water reflects the growing role of wellness and measurable building performance within Dubai’s luxury property sector.

For buyers and investors, this represents an important development in how premium properties are positioned. Location, design and finishes remain central, but independently assessed standards for health, sustainability and connectivity can provide additional points of differentiation in an increasingly competitive market.

As Dubai’s luxury pipeline continues to expand, developments that can demonstrate these qualities may be better placed to attract buyers seeking long-term value alongside a high-end lifestyle.
