Dubai’s real estate sector is placing renewed focus on long-term participation from Emirati entrepreneurs, with the Dubai Land Department launching the second phase of its Emirati Real Estate Business Incubator Programme.

The initiative will support 25 new Emirati-led real estate projects as part of a broader push toward local business development and industry diversification.
The programme is designed to help participants move beyond brokerage roles and into company ownership, providing access to licensing support, training, operational guidance, and business development pathways.

The move reflects a wider shift across Dubai’s property sector, where the focus is increasingly expanding beyond transaction growth alone and toward building a more established long-term real estate ecosystem.
