🏗️ BNW Developments Signs Billion-Dirham Deal with Masah for Aqua Arc in Ras Al Khaimah

BNW Developments has appointed MAN Construction, a subsidiary of the Masah Construction Company Group, as principal contractor for its upcoming waterfront project Aqua Arc on Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah.

The agreement brings together BNW’s AED 22B+ development pipeline with Masah’s track record as a GCC Tier‑1 contractor, known for major projects like اجدان | Ajdan Rise and healthcare infrastructure under the Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib legacy.

Leaders at the signing included Mohammed Abdul Nayeem (Masah Group), Sheikh Mohammed Bin Sulaiman Alhabib, Ankur Aggarwal (Chairman & Founder, BNW) and Vivek Anand Oberoi (MD & Co-Founder, BNW), who confirmed this marks the start of a wider regional collaboration.

BNW also hinted at expansion into Saudi Arabia by 2026, aligning with its focus on high-end, large-scale residential projects across the Gulf.
