Binghatti Holding Ltd., one of the UAE’s leading luxury developers, will participate in Dubai Land Department and Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism’s new First-Time Home Buyer (FTHB) Programme, designed to help Emiratis and UAE expats become homeowners for the first time.

• 10% of Binghatti’s newly launched and existing units under AED 5 million will be reserved for first-time buyers.

• Eligible buyers get early access to these units ahead of public launches.

The initiative supports Dubai’s broader goal of encouraging long-term homeownership and aligns with the D33 Agendato reach AED 1 trillion in real estate transactions.
