<p>Following the record-breaking sell-out of Masaar 2 in just three hours, Arada is set to launch Masaar 3 this September - a massive AED 12.5B master development featuring 4,000 villas and townhouses across 21 million sq ft in Sharjah’s Rowdat district.</p>
