Arada Enters Abu Dhabi Through AED 15 Billion Partnership with Aldar

Arada is establishing its first development presence in Abu Dhabi through a partnership with Aldar covering development opportunities valued at approximately AED 15 billion.

The agreement spans two locations: a new mixed-use community at Seih Sdeirah on the Abu Dhabi–Dubai border, and three residential development plots on Yas Island.

At Seih Sdeirah, the developers will jointly deliver a villa and townhouse community across up to 1.5 million square metres, incorporating retail and recreational amenities.

Arada will lead development and construction management, with both companies jointly branding and selling the community.

On Yas Island, Arada has acquired three plots from Aldar, including two canal-facing sites. Together, they cover more than 27,500 square metres, with almost 130,000 square metres of gross floor area planned for residential development.
The significance extends beyond Arada entering another emirate.

The partnership combines Aldar’s land holdings and established Abu Dhabi platform with Arada’s experience in large-scale communities, creating a foundation for further projects across the UAE.
