Abu Dhabi’s Marsa Al Saadiyat Launches Its First Waterfront Homes

Aldar has unveiled Talay, the first residential community within Abu Dhabi’s AED100 billion Marsa Al Saadiyat development.

The launch will introduce 351 standalone villas with four, five and six bedrooms, marking the beginning of residential sales within the major waterfront destination. Homes will become available for purchase from 23 September.

Spanning 6.4 million square metres, Marsa Al Saadiyat is planned as a mixed-use coastal community featuring luxury residences, a marina, hospitality, retail and leisure spaces.
