Since January, Abu Dhabi has recorded over 16,800 real estate transactions totaling AED 61.15 billion, including AED 34.95B in sales and AED 23.16B in mortgages, according to DARI. The emirate continues to show strong demand across ready and off-plan properties, reinforcing its role as a regional property hub.
