Abu Dhabi Expands Home Financing with Digital Mortgage Initiative

Buying a home in Abu Dhabi is becoming faster and more accessible following a new partnership between Abu Dhabi Housing Authority and Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB), which introduces instant digital pre-approvals for eligible home financing.

The initiative streamlines the approval process by giving eligible UAE nationals quicker access to Shari'a-compliant financing, reducing paperwork and helping buyers move through the property purchasing journey more efficiently. It also enables homeowners with existing Abu Dhabi Housing Authority finance to access additional funding through ADIB where required.

The move reflects Abu Dhabi's continued focus on digitising real estate transactions and improving access to home ownership, while strengthening confidence across the residential market through faster, technology-driven financial services.
