In a bold move that speaks volumes about vision and innovation, family office organisation 2Future has launched its real-estate platform QriarCity with the five-storey project at 1333 Dade Boulevard in Miami Beach, cementing its entry into a market renowned for ambition and change.
The space is not just another office block; it is designed to be a boutique, ultra-exclusive destination for just three to four tenants occupying full-floor spaces of 3 500 to 3 800 sq ft, aimed at hedge funds, investment firms, law practices and other family offices seeking rarity and refinement.
According to Luis Felipe Silveira, 2Futureโs CEO, and Bento Queiroz, its Real Estate Development Officer, the concept takes the idea of โoffice as commodityโ and pushes it aside in favour of something that marries bold architectural thinking with human-centred design.
Architecturally the project pays homage to the Art Deco heritage of Miami Beach while reaching into the language of the future: an exterior defined by sweeping lines reminiscent of Zaha Hadid, and internal features including plentiful natural light, flexible smaller meeting zones and a rooftop garden crafted for elevated experiences.
When asked at the start of the design process โHow can I not ask my architects to come up with ideas coming from artificial intelligence?โ, Silveira set the tone for a development that embraces new creative tools in pursuit of architectural distinction.
At a time when the Miami market wrestles with concerns about oversupply, 1333 Dade stands apart. โA lot of whatโs being built will not age well,โ Silveira observes, โ1333 Dade is highly differentiated, positioned for a very specific kind of tenant who values design, creativity and community.โ
The development is, in their words, the first chapter of something much bigger for QriarCity in Miami Beach, where 2Future is staking a long-term claim, not just in square metres but in legacy, setting a new standard for what offices can and should be.
