Feirouz

Feirouz is a completed residential building by Azizi Developments in Al Furjan, Dubai. Azizi calls it "the real gem of Al-Furjan", where "each family member will find their perfect sanctuary within our spacious apartments, surrounded by a myriad of amenities and breathtaking views that redefine everyday luxury." Azizi's Our Legacy timeline records that the construction and sale of its Al Furjan community units got under way in 2013, and that Feirouz was handed over in 2016 together with Yasamine, Liatris and Orchid. Azizi held the handover ceremony for Azizi Feirouz on 29 September 2016, when its chief executive Farhad Azizi and other officials inaugurated the opening, and its Al Furjan brochure lists Azizi Feirouz as delivered. Azizi's unit types for Feirouz range from one to three bedrooms, with A types on the second floor and B types from the third to the 11th floor. The second-floor types have terraces and the upper-floor types balconies, which Azizi notes might vary in each unit, and some two- and three-bedroom types add a maid's room and a laundry room. Azizi lists a swimming pool, a gym, garage parking, beautiful city views and a sauna among the amenities and services at Feirouz, as it does for several of its other Al Furjan buildings. It describes Al Furjan as "a popular and expanding community conveniently located on the metro line, offering the perfect balance of city hubbub and personal quietude". The drive times Azizi publishes for Al Furjan are one minute to Mohammed Bin Zayed Road and the metro station, seven minutes to JAFZA, 10 minutes to Dubai Marina and JBR, 12 minutes to Expo City Dubai, 15 minutes to The Palm Jumeirah and Al Maktoum International Airport, and 25 minutes to DIFC and Business Bay.
