Azizi Sikander

Azizi Sikander is a residential building by Azizi Developments in Al Furjan, Dubai. Azizi describes it as a distinguished destination within the Al Furjan community, with breathtaking city vistas and a refined architectural design. Announcing the launch on 26 June 2025, under the spelling Azizi Sakandar, Azizi said the development comprises 218 residences across 12 levels, including studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments. According to Azizi's floor plans, every layout has a balcony. The two-bedroom layout has 843.79 sq ft of apartment area and 259.95 sq ft of balcony, 1,103.74 sq ft in total, with two bathrooms, a separate W.C and a laundry. The first-floor one-bedroom Type-01C has a balcony area of 430.88 sq ft, 943.03 sq ft in total. Azizi plans a modern cinema, a steam room and sauna, a state-of-the-art gym, indoor and outdoor kids' play areas, a multipurpose hall, a swimming pool, facilities for the disabled, ample parking facilities and 24-hour security for the building, according to its factsheet. Azizi's launch announcement adds retail space on the ground floor and a chiller-free setup. The interior and cinema images are renderings of Azizi's typical design. Azizi places the building 12 minutes from Expo City Dubai and 25 minutes from DIFC and Business Bay, and its factsheet describes it as close to Expo City Dubai and Al Furjan metro station, with exceptional connectivity to Dubai's major highways.
